Smart Glasses with Camera and Translation Features

I tried these smart glasses mainly for short recordings, outdoor use, and testing the AI translation feature. The build is lightweight, which makes them comfortable enough to wear during walks or casual activities. The camera captures in 1080P, and while the footage is clear enough for casual videos or travel snippets, it is not on par with a dedicated action camera. Audio is handled through Bluetooth, and the connection stayed stable when paired with my phone for both music and calls. The real-time translation is an interesting function. It works decently in quiet environments, giving quick results when I tested English to Chinese and Spanish. In noisier settings, however, the accuracy dropped, so it’s best used in one-on-one conversations rather than busy streets.Battery performance is mixed. The specs say 12 minutes of continuous video recording at a time and up to 1.5 hours total. That limitation makes them suitable only for short clips, not for documenting an entire event. Music playback lasted longer, around the advertised 10 hours, which is better suited for daily use. The charging is relatively quick at about 70 minutes, so downtime isn’t too bad.Overall, these smart glasses are more of a niche accessory than a replacement for standalone devices. They’re handy for travelers who want hands-free short recordings and occasional translation support. If you’re looking for extended video capture or professional-grade footage, this won’t meet that need, but for lightweight, casual use, they offer an interesting combination of features.

Blending Entertainment and Utility in One Pair of Frames

The camera shoots pictures sharp enough to share immediately, and short video clips look stable without weird shaking. I’ve even tested the AI object recognition—it identifies things around me in real time, which feels like having a little assistant right on my face. I also use them for long stretches of music playback, and the sound quality makes them worth wearing even when I’m not recording. They don’t dig into my skin, and the hinges fold smoothly like any regular pair of glasses. Switching between recording, listening, and calling happens without breaking my flow.

Conversation Starter for Tech Lovers

I don’t always wear smart accessories, but these got my attention. The camera quality feels like it belongs on a phone, not a pair of frames. Photos pop with detail, and short clips save fast to my device. The fact that I can also interact with them by voice adds a fun twist—I just give the command, and it follows through. Comfort matters to me, and these pass the test. They rest lightly without pinching, and even after long use, they don’t bother my temples. Sharing shots through the app is quick, no waiting around.

Unexpected Tool for Cooking Sessions

Cooking while recording recipes is easier now. I can start a video with just a tap and not worry about my phone getting messy. Looking back at the footage later, I can see the steps I took clearly, almost like I’m watching a tutorial of my own. The voice control makes it simple—I don’t have to stop and touch the frame if my hands are dirty. Audio playback during prep keeps me entertained, and the calls I take while in the kitchen don’t require me to stop what I’m doing. They fit lightly enough that I forget I have them on while moving around the kitchen.

These smart glasses are a fun little gadget to take on trips.

These smart glasses are a fun little durable gadget to take on trips. The 1080P camera lets you record hands-free, which is great for walking around or biking without fumbling for your phone. The video looks clear enough to share, and the Bluetooth audio works nicely for music or quick calls. I also tried the translation feature—it’s not perfect, but handy when traveling. They’re lightweight, so they don’t feel bulky, and the battery gives me plenty of time for music or short clips. For the price, they looks good and great fit, a cool mix of sunglasses, headphones, and camera all in one.
