This mist boat is a cute design. It holds a decent amount of water. It does have a timer to shut off. You can cycle through the colors with the remote. It says there are seven colors, including a fixed and gradient. There are only fixed colors. It even repeats the same few colors. In total it will cycle through nine colors. With three of them repeating so for that reason, I will deduct one star. Between the two mist patterns it will be slow where it has the rings. Or if you do a steady, they’ll project farther up in the air. This would probably work good in a kid’s room. I do recommend it.

This is cool! I have it on my entertainment console under my tv. People comment on it all the time. Love it. Works very well and looks cool doing it!

loos great at my office desk, and it brings much attention to itself, the little puff of smoke is the most attracting. I 'm still seeking the perfect oil for it mean while I use the low budget one. The downside is that if you don't place the lid properly condensation will flow out of the side of the ship lid and your desk will be wet. I was able to place some labels of the company I work with as I wanted to blend it in with their displays of ships and boats they have in surrounding areas. so, the banner at the rear will have one side company flag and the other side USA flag, at the front of the ship I placed 2 logos of the company I represent, and the ship looks outstanding.

This instantly reminded us of our first cruise, something about the look and the mist just brought back that vibe. The mist puts out just the right amount not too strong, not too weak, and it’s simple to refill and wipe down when needed which wasn't very often. The lights give off a soft glow that’s easy on the eyes, and we’ve moved it from the bedroom to the living room all the time without any issues. It’s turned into one of those joys you have to have with you everywhere and I definitely recommend it.
