Takes a little technique to consistently peel good cucumbers, but once you figure that out, it's Great

I've only tried zucchini, which the gadget slices super easily without any resistance. I still wish it came with more instructions and tips, like how to pick your veggies, how to cut them to fit, and how to not strip your veggie ends.

This is the coolest kitchen gadget I have ever bought!! It's quite small, fits easily in a drawer, and actually works just as displayed!I made Zucchini into lasagna noodles and they turned out just great, I also used it to make cucumber sheets for sushi (to use instead of rice) and that worked great too. The slices are a tiny bit thicker than I would prefer for sushi purposes, but it still works very well and I think if it sliced thinner, that might make it more difficult to operate. Definitely perfect for lasagna noodle type applications.
